Important Parts To Include When Creating An Article
You main keyword should be in your title. And your other keywords should be in the sub-titles.
What About Your Title?
The title of your article is probably the most important part of your article, it can make or break your article.
To create a better title for your article, it is easier to create a compelling title once you have completed writing your article.
When people read your articles they want information that they can use right away. Say for instance you’re writing about how to get your baby to sleep better at night, then you’d want a title something like this.
“6 Easy Steps For A Better Nights Sleep For You And Your Baby That You Can Implement Tonight!”
Okay, it’s not perfect but you get the idea.
There are many ways to generate article titles that stand out from the crowd and get read. Here are some examples:
There are some magic keywords that have been proven to be more powerful when used in your headline. Here are few to get your started:
How To, New, Free, Secret, Save, Guaranteed, Bonus, You … plus many more.
When using sub topics in your article, you should insert related keyword sub titles. By using sub titles, it will help to divide the article making it more readable.
Having the right format in your article is very important because many publishers will not publish your article if you don’t follow the correct guidelines or your article is full of spelling mistakes.
Use a spell checker after completing your article. There are plenty of free web based ones available and most word processors have one included.
You can also go to Google, type in the keyword and Google will correct your spelling if you spelled it wrong.
Article – Resource Box
This is how you get your link back to your site, affiliate link or whatever you want to drive traffic to. This is a critical point in your article, your title gets them to read your article but your resource box is the goal of the article (besides for providing quality content).
This can also be referred to as a signature or about the author section. When you submit your article to the article directories, in order for someone else to reprint your article, they must include your resource box. In turn, adding another link back to your site.
When creating your resource box, think of it like writing a classified ad. In just a few lines you must get the attention just like in your title. Your goal is to make them click on your link.
Using Links In You Article
If you are recommending a product, service or site you should include a link so your reader is able to get access to that product right away. Also if you have a website, it is a good idea to brand the links using your website.
Instead of using url of the recommend product, you can create a separate folder on your website using a related keyword or the product name as the folder name. Inside the folder, you put the index.htm of your cloaked link. By doing it this way your link will look like part of your site.
http://www.YourSiteName.com/productname
When you insert the link, make sure to include the “http://” in the site’s url. In some article directories you must have it in this format in order for the link to be click-able.

Like the method for cloaking links, i’ve been looking for a good method for a while. I also find that I can increase my click-thru by just adding a second link in my resource box.
